FINAL

So I spent the past 9 hours working on my final. I had to reload sketch up a few times. I tried Bryce without much luck. I'm exhausted and I need to wake up early tomorrow (today) to do a bunch of things... FUN. Plus find time to study for my final THURS at 8AM! DISGUSTING! YUCK!

Anyway, I figure the best way for this project to have meaning to me is to see how I could apply it to psychology since that's my future. I decided to make a scene that could promote language development in children. (i.e. Children could be told they're taking a journey into a forest. The teacher could prompt them to speak by asking questions and having the students respond with their obersvations. "What do you see?" "Trees, bears, rocks." "Let's count the bears together.." "One, two. Two bears." "Great now let's count in spanish." "Uno, dos.")

It's Been A While...

Today is the last day of class and I am terrible at keeping up with this site, but I really enjoyed all of the skills I acquired through experimenting with open-source programs. I learned so much this semester, I want to continue these hobbies for years to come...

Terrible!

I'm a terrible blogger. Plus the weather is disgusting today and the internet in the SINC site is SO SLOW it took 10 minutes for this page to load and I need to run to Prof. Baldwin's class in 7 minutes so I'm afraid to post something in fear that it will take another 10 minutes to save & publish this and then I'll lose it all.

Almost Almost!!!!!

Soooooo I've been working for a few weeks on a song to add in the background of the video presentation thingie and I'm almost done with it.

I also keep forgetting to send Baldwin the networking email sooo when I get back to my room I HAVE TO send it to him.

PLUS--reminder to self, DL director. ASAP. And get rid of flash. YUCk.

Spring Break was a waste..

That's all. Trying to catch up on all the work I couldn't finish last week because I was running around like a chicken without a head.
